Trucker Stops to Pick Flowers for His Wife

Isaac surprised me and came home last night for a stopover mid-week. Yay!! He brought me a bouquet of daffodils. Imagine this: a trucker flying down the road at 65 mph and hauling a 60 ton of load. He sees a patch of daffodils and he knows his wife LOVES daffodils. So he stops his big semi-truck somewhere on the road and picks them and keeps them in his cooler for her. Continue reading

Spring Flowers and Granola

So, I got an itch during my class today to cook a few things. While I listened to the lecture I made granola, lentils for breakfast tomorrow and a rice dish. That’s the cool thing about taking a class online. 🙂 I had to have goats milk to go with my granola today so I found a local place that sells RAW goats milk! Yay! 🙂 Continue reading
